2017

This case study examines the planning and preparations made by Singapore-based private equity group SIN Capital to take its primary holding, the enterprise health management provider Fullerton Health, public on the Singapore stock exchange. The case describes the benefits and drawbacks of Fullerton’s planned IPO along with the strategy that had propelled its impressive growth in the three years since SIN Capital’s investment in the organization.
