Stop TB Partnership

2024

The Stop TB Partnership is a global partnership comprised of over 2,000 country, regional, and global partners committed to eliminating tuberculosis as a public health problem by 2030. Founded in 2001 and hosted by the United Nations, the Stop TB Partnership facilitates collaboration with partners drawn from global and technical organizations, government programs, research agencies, and community groups to develop and implement new innovative tools, facilitate access to TB diagnostics and drugs, and engage in advocacy and capacity building efforts. The partnership aims to ensure everyone with TB has access to effective treatments and to ultimately stop the transmission of tuberculosis globally.

The Stop TB Partnership engages in various global advocacy efforts and campaigns to increase the visibility of tuberculosis and TB-impacted communities, along with key efforts in community, human rights, and gender responses to TB. The site produces numerous resources, including interactive tuberculosis data dashboards where users can explore country-level data for tuberculosis, a resource portal on TB and COVID-19, and a portal with relevant publications and reports.
