Concept Note: Development of Tuberculosis Treatments and Policy

This concept note reviews the history of tuberculosis control, public health programs, and evolution of international policy. It focuses on tuberculosis treatment and policy in the context of industry, both the public and private sector, and particularly considers issues of policy, innovation, and research and development.

Learning Objectives: To aid students in fully understanding the history of tuberculosis control and policy and concepts in the Cases in Global Health Delivery.
