This glossary supports the Cases in Global Health Delivery by providing definitions of terms, metrics, and concepts used in the cases. While some of the terms can be found in dictionaries, often with multiple definitions, others stem from the authors' research.

Learning Objective: To aid students in fully understanding the concepts in the Cases in Global Health Delivery.

The Global Health Delivery (GHD) Case Collection is a set of teaching case studies on various dimensions of health care delivery. GHD has researched, written, taught, and published these teaching cases with accompanying guides for instructors. The cases are available for all at no cost online through Harvard Business Publishing, GHDonline, and The Case Centre.
