Center for Reproductive Rights

2024

The Center for Reproductive Rights is a global, non-profit, legal advocacy organization focused on advancing reproductive and human rights. The Center’s attorneys have expertise in both United States constitutional and international human rights law, and they raise their legal cases before national courts, United Nations committees, and regional human rights bodies to expand access to reproductive health care—including birth control, safe abortion, prenatal and obstetric care, and unbiased information. The Center for Reproductive Rights documents abuses of human rights, works with policymakers, focuses on building legal scholarship and teaching about reproductive health and rights. The Center aims to ensure guaranteed quality reproductive health care and to ensure that women can make decisions about their health without coercion or discrimination.
