The Center for Global Development (CGD) conducts research and analysis on a wide range of topics related to policy and economic development to reduce global poverty. Examples of topical areas of research include aid effectiveness, climate change, education, globalization, health, migration, and trade. CGD oversees other initiatives such as the Energy for Growth Hub and Labor Mobility Partnerships, which draw upon the Center’s rigorous research to effectively communicate and directly engage with decision-makers, translating policy to impact. CGD hosts a portal of resources which include: reports, briefs, downloadable data, and policy papers, focusing on economic equality and development.
