SDG Country Profiles
2022
These country profiles from the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) provide information on the seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for each country. The profiles contain statistics and basic facts on Population and Migration outcomes, National Accounts and the Labor Market, Trade and Balance of Payments, and the Environment for every country. In addition, they include a breakdown of each of the seventeen major SDGs, providing figures to illustrate progress and trends for each indicator. The profiles also describe what each of the SDGs hopes to accomplish and highlight notable achievements on the country level. Indicators and data figures are personalized to each country’s progress and remaining challenges. Users can select a country to view from the UN DESA’s Statistics Division web portal and interact with the data and figures provided. They can also engage with the United Nations Global SDG Database for more in-depth data and outcomes for each of the SDG indicators.
