Suicide in the World: Global Health Estimates

This report from the World Health Organization (WHO) provides the most up-to-date information on suicide mortality around the world based on the WHO Global Health Estimates for the year 2016. It includes information on the global and regional level organized by age, sex, and trends over time in comparison with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Target 3.4 to reduce premature mortality from noncommunicable disease and promote mental health and wellbeing. The publication includes figures and maps that illustrate global and regional epidemiology. It includes detailed annexes with a breakdown of indicators by country and region.
