NIEHS: Climate Change and Human Health

This web portal from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) includes databases, publications, and initiatives from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) on climate change and human health. The NIEHS aims to raise awareness of and advance key areas of research and knowledge on the human health effects of climate change, to be a leading source of information for stakeholders, and inform research and policy activities at the NIH, federal government, and international levels. The NIEHS portal includes federal reports on climate change and health,  related assessment reports and other materials, a list of ongoing scientific activities at NIEHS, and additional information on specific climate topics. Users can also explore a linked climate change and human health literature portal and sub-portals on the following extreme weather issues: hurricanes and floodsmold exposurewildfires, and harmful algal blooms. Resources are regularly updated and freely available online.
