The State of the World's Children 2021: Interactive Dashboard

2021

This interactive dashboard published by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) accompanies the 2021 State of the World’s Children report and provides the most recent data surrounding child well-being. The interactive explores a variety of key indicators at the country level, including general demographics, early childhood development, education, nutrition, migration, social protection, and water and sanitary hygiene. Users can analyze and compare data across regions and download each indicator in excel spreadsheet format individually or in a combined sheet.

Each year, UNICEF’s flagship State of the World’s Children report examines a key issue affecting children across the globe and provides up-to-date and accessibly presented economic and social statistics on the countries and territories of the world. For the first time, this year’s report focuses on child and adolescent mental health, and the risk and protective factors that shape mental health outcomes for youth worldwide.
